ABOUT ME

CHARLES SAMUEL

I have been a fitness professional, based in High Wycombe, for over 10 years. My own exercise experience goes back over 30 years.

I am currently a Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Level 2 Gym Instructor registered with CIMSPA - The Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Activity. 

 

 My areas of expertise are:

Sam's Story

 

I started off at 149lbs. My goal was to reach 135lbs by my upcoming summer holiday. With Charles' help, we made some adjustments to my nutritional intake and a progressive program was designed for me. I was able to achieve my goal before holiday. I not only lost 15lbs which made my final weigh-in 134lbs, I totally transformed my physique. 

     

This was all accomplished within the confines of my home.

Eva's Story

I really needed a big kick up the backside and Charles really kicked me up the backside! Whilst I looked forward to each session with him, I hated every moment, yet I carried on. With Charles' encouragement, pushing and my own diet, I went from 105kg to 84kg in 3 months. I am 1/2 way to my goal and Charles will be with me all the way through this journey to reach my goal weight of 65kg and also on the next journey to maintain it.
